Still getting organized...an endless process so it seems. Been collecting lots of goodies for my line of mosaic frames. Also gathering materials for a mass production of some HYPERTUFA pieces so they can cure before the opportunity to display at the Lakeside Farmers Market goes away. Stay tuned!

Took a great class to learn how to create Hypertufa. This has been a long desired goal and very exciting to achieve! Not much else going on since most of my spare time has been on house renovation projects. Equally creative and fulfilling, however, this does not get the new vintage items up in the Etsy store (cstylevintage.etsy.com) or get the recent mosaic frame wonders in The Creativist shop. Be patient please! It will come!
A Beautiful Friday in RVa
The 70 degree weather was very distracting so art was not on the mind too much. The garden called and a few weeds were pulled. Must get back to my brick wall uncovering as well as get the new mosaics listed in my Etsy shop. Plus, I have those vintage pieces to iron and list in the vintage shop. So much to do...
Vintage Updates
Creative projects are bouncing back and forth from plaster walls to mosaic material hunting. While I must continue the battle over the removal of 70-year old plaster from a brick interior wall within my lovely 1940's home, I am still managing to sneak in other fun. I have been busy washing new vintage handkerchiefs and scarves along with a few vintage clothing pieces soon to be available on my Vintage Apparel store at cstylevintage.etsy.com. The handkerchiefs I hope to add to my growing collection of vintage hankies that I am going to make a quilt out of. Very excited about that. Meanwhile, I will soon have a few new mosaic frames up in my other shop, creativist.etsy.com. Juices are a flowin'!
